ATTENTION: A 1 to 2 minute service delay is expected during this maintenance window.


We will be performing maintenance on a backend CloudHub database which will result in a possible delay of up to 2 minutes for Memory, CPU alerts, and Autoscaler events.
Service impact details:
* Applications
Runtime Manager Alerts
Memory and CPU alerts can be delayed by up to 2 mins. There will be no impact to Applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted. However, any configured autoscaling event can be delayed by up to 2 mins.
* User Experience(UX): will not be impacted.
* API calls: will not be impacted.
* Logs and Data: No impact on logs and metrics.

Access Management
Improved user and permission management using the Teams feature. The Teams feature provides user grouping mechanisms in Anypoint Platform, which streamlines collaboration, reuse, and scalability.
Revamped the user interface and Access Management navigation menu to simplify navigation and permission management across Business Groups.
Enhancements and updates are available on an opt-in basis. Users can continue using old views after the Teams feature and UI enhancement release.
Anypoint Exchange
Accessibility improvements in Exchange with improved color contrasting of UI components.
Ability to share assets with Teams

Anypoint MQ
The SSL certificate for Anypoint MQ will change. Applications will experience no downtime with this change unless client applications are configured with certificate pinning, which is not supported on Anypoint MQ. We will be introducing the Cookies preferences link and banner so users of Anypoint Management Center public portals can manage their cookie preferences.

During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* User Experience(UX): Anypoint Management Center scripts may be interrupted by the banner, in which case you will be prompted to provide explicit consent to opt-in to the cookies used on the site.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted.

ATTENTION: a 15 minutes to 1 hour service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Mule Communication Manager
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may be disconnected and become unavailable for management. This will be temporary and the correct state of the application will be reflected after the update has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted.
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.


ATTENTION: a 1 to 5 minutes service interruption is expected during this maintenance window.


We will be performing a scheduled upgrade with memory allocation changes and system capacity as part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
Service impact details:
* Applications:
Enhanced logging
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX):
No data loss. However, Enhanced logging users may not be able to access application logs.
* API calls: will not be impacted.
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Anypoint Management Center (Access Management, Runtime Manager, Exchange), Anypoint MQ (Anypoint MQ - Admin - us-east-1), and Runtime Services (Log Aggregator).
