Update Mar 3, 2021: No Downtime for the Dataloader application. The Dataloader.io application changes that were planned for this release window are now removed and a new future announcement will provide additional details.

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade to API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, API Manager alert services operating system.
*** Service Impact Details:
* Applications:
API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, API Manager alert services
During maintenance downtime:
- Runtimes: are not affected
- API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, API Manager alert Runtime Services are not affected beyond the lag mentioned above.
Following maintenance downtime:
- User Experience (UX): Customers should get all the alerts that have been triggered. There may be 1-2 hours lag.





*** ATTENTION: a 15 min to 1 hour service interruption is expected during this maintenance window … ***

We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Mule Communication Manager
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Runtimes: are not affected
* User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may appear as disconnected and unavailable to be managed. This will be temporary and the correct state of the application will be reflected after the update is complete.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
Following maintenance downtime:
* Logs and Data: will appear normal at the end of the update
* Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation

* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.
Following maintenance downtime:
* Logs and Data: will appear normal at the end of the update
* Alerts should work normally
* Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation
