We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure. *** Service impact details: ** Applications: API Mocking service During maintenance downtime: * Existing Runtimes: are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): Shareable Links capabilities may be disrupted as the database will be retarted. * API calls: Calls to Shareable Links API may be disrupted as the database will be restarted.
*** ATTENTION: up to 3 hours and 30 minutes of service interruption is expected during this maintenance window. ***
We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure. * Service impact details: * Runtime Manager: During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the Runtimes plane. Applications running in standalone servers and RTF On-Prem will be in read-only mode until the upgrade is completed. During maintenance downtime: * Existing Runtimes: are not impacted. * User Experience(UX): Applications, Tokenizer, Edge UI will not allow new deployments or updates to existing one. Deployments in progress will resume after upgrade is completed. * API calls: API calls will only work in read-only mode.
