Update
Anypoint VPN infrastructure update

As mentioned in previous updates and email communications, in this maintenance window, the platform will update Anypoint VPNs that have not been updated via the self-serve VPN “Update” button that was released on July 19th. If you have taken the update already, your VPN will not be updated/restarted.
See https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/Anypoint-VPN-Upgrade-2021 for details.

Customers can continue to leverage the self-service “Update” button and upgrade the VPN until 13th October in the EU plane and 15th October in the US plane.
Please note: An update to an Anypoint VPN that is not set up with at least a pair of tunnels using BGP routing will experience a downtime, we strongly recommend customers plan and perform a self-service upgrade before the maintenance window.
During the window, due to the number of VPNs that will be updated by the platform, support is likely to experience a high volume of cases, causing a delay in response time in case you need assistance with the VPN upgrade.
