On Saturday, Jan 12, 2019 between 9AM and 2PM PDT (12PM - 5PM EDT, 4PM - 9PM UTC) We will be releasing a new version of the below-listed Anypoint Platform components and products. During the maintenance window users may experience temporary interruptions with those services. Applications and API gateways will continue to run without interruption.
***Featured release***
API Modeling Framework (AMF) and Open API Specification (OAS 2.0) support across the platform
Anypoint Platform will provide support for unified, graph-based modeling of APIs across the API lifecycle -- enabling support for RAML and OpenAPI specification (OAS) with this release, and setting the foundation for other API specification languages and frameworks in the future. Not only does this release enable new users familiar with OAS to design, build and manage APIs with Anypoint Platform, but this graph-based model will encompass all API metadata, enabling native and consistent support for APIs, regardless of format. This release includes the following functionality across the Anypoint Platform:
- AMF: Open-source programming framework, capable of parsing, generating and validating metadata documents defined using Anything Modeling Language (AML). AMF has been developed to handle all metadata across API designer, API manager, Exchange, and Studio 7.4 Early Access. - Anypoint Design Center - API designer: Support for OAS 2.0 within the API designer’s code and visual editors, including the ability to design in both RAML & OAS, and import OAS 2.0 specs. - API Manager: Adding proxy v2 with improved API specification parser enabling support for RAML and OpenAPI specification and support for OAS snippets
- Exchange: Direct upload of RAML and RAML fragments Conversion from RAML to OAS 2.0 and vice-versa in the publication process Ability to download a REST API Spec in either RAML or OAS 2.0 with identification of the “Generated” Spec New API console experience Consistent API spec publication UI between Exchange and API Manager Contextual view of RAML versions of API specs and fragments in API designer from Exchange release

API Manager: - Adding RAML support for “Create new API” - Adding Anypoint Security tokenization policy support for Mule 4 APIs - While creating an API instance, API version and asset version are prepopulated - When deploying Mule 4 to CloudHub it is possible to choose specific runtime version - Fixed developer portal OAuth 2.0 access token policy
Visualizer: Changed “Include related services” button to a toggle with the name “Show dependents and dependencies”Fixed “select all/select none” button functionality to work with search bar within environments and services filtering
