We will be performing a scheduled upgrade to API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, and API Manager alert services operating system.
*** Service Impact Details:
* Applications:
API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, and API Manager alert services
During maintenance downtime:
- Existing runtimes: are not impacted.
- API Analytics, Analytics Event/Archive API, and API Manager alert Runtime Services are not impacted beyond the lag time mentioned above.
Following maintenance downtime:
- User Experience (UX): Customers should receive all the alerts that have been triggered. There may be 1-2 hours lag. Alerts may be delayed, but there will be no loss of alerts.

US only: We will be performing hardware maintenance to the Runtime Fabric management RDS database.

During maintenance downtime:
- Existing runtimes: are not impacted.
Managing Runtime Fabric clusters will be impacted. Customers will not be able to operate clusters from the Anypoint platform UI.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Mule Communication Manager
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the applications.
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Application management capabilities of Runtime Manager may be disrupted as some servers may appear as disconnected and unavailable. This will be temporary and the correct state of the application will be reflected after the update has been completed.
* API calls: API calls will not be impacted
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform’s underlying infrastructure.
*** Service impact details:
* On Prem Servers and Applications:
During the service interruption, there will be no impact to the Runtimes. Applications and servers will be on read-only mode and sync back after the update is completed.
During maintenance downtime:
* Existing Runtimes: are not impacted.
* User Experience(UX): Platform alerts and platform messages usage will be interrupted. Some servers’ and applications’ discrete alerts could be interrupted.
* API calls: API calls will only work on read-only mode.
* Logs and Data: log and metric display data will be updated during the service interruption as long as the runtimes are not restarted. In the event runtimes are restarted, the logs and metrics data will not be updated during the service interruption, however it will be synced after the completion of the window if available.
