Load Balancer update
Announcement MuleSoft has an upcoming scheduled upgrade for CloudHub 1.0 Dedicated Load Balancers, which will require DLBs to run on the latest version to maintain high reliability and security.
DLB Automatic Upgrade Dates Sandbox - February 6-10, 2023 Production - February 18-19, 2023
Important Note Customers who haven’t upgraded or deployed a new DLB since October 2021. The two significant changes are that weak cipher suites are disabled and customers using static IPs need to allowlist the additional static IPs for DLBs. MuleSoft recommends customers to review the KB Article (https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/February-2023-Dedicated-Load-Balancer-Scheduled-Upgrade) and take the required action.
Runtime Manager - We will be doing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform underlying infrastructure, moving traffic to an enhanced service.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of an internal database for Application Network Graph *** Service Impact Details: * Applications: - Exchange - API Manager - Runtime Manager - Datagraph - Governance During maintenance downtime: - Runtimes: are not affected. - User Interface (UI): Application Network Graph will be unavailable. User will experience an error for the following applications: - Exchange: Customers will not be able to search newly created assets. Also when searching previously created assets may take more time than usual or even fail while the upgrade is taking place. - Datagraph: Searching previously created assets while creating a new datagraph may take more time than usual or even fail while the upgrade is taking place. - API Manager: Creation and application of Policy Templates will fail. - Runtime manager: CloudHub 2.0 scheduler information won’t be available to be visualized nor modified. - API calls: everything will work fine. - Logs and Data: will continue to be collected. Following maintenance downtime: - Logs and Data: will appear as usual - Runtimes and all services: will resume normal operation
